The Fund of Fund Company (Jada or the Company) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. 
This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Jada collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website (Website) and tell​s you about your privacy rights.
It is important that you read this privacy policy so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data.​

Jada collects personal data from you when you register on our Website by filing the relevant form.

Personal Data Retention

​Jada will retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for. Your personal data will be destroyed as soon as the purposes for which they were collected and processed cease to exist. In any case, your personal data will be removed after 12 months from the latest interaction of Jada with you. 
Jada may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.​

General Provisions

​Jada reserves the right to make any minor or major modification to the Policy from time to time without the need to provide such notice, as such modifications are effective since their publication on the Company’s website, and your continued use of the website after those modifications is an acceptance of these changes.  Check the Policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of the latest version of it.​​
