    Introduction and Purpose​​

    The Fund of Fund Company (Jada or the Company) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. 
    This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Jada collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website (Website) and tell​s you about your privacy rights.
    It is important that you read this privacy policy so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data.​

    Definition of Personal Data

    Personal data, or personal information, means any information, of whatever source or form, that would lead to the identification of the individual specifically, or make it possible to identify him/her directly or indirectly, including: name, personal identification number, address, contact numbers, license numbers, records, personal property, bank account an​d credit card numbers, fixed or moving picture of the individual and other data of personal nature.

    Jada collects personal data from you when you register on our Website by filing the relevant form. 

    • The personal data collected by the Company includes the following:

    • Professional position and experience
    • IP address (internet protocol address, a unique identifier for your computer or other device)
    • Cookies information
    • Any other information requested when filling the form.​

    • Contacting the Company for requests, questions and information through the Contact Us page;
    • Registering to the Company’s training programs and events;
    • Contacting the Company through the whistleblowing page, Speak Up;  
    • Signing up to the Jada’s community services page to receive communications and marketing material

    • Pursuing of the legitimate interests of the Company and/or third parties, as an example the right to defence in court, the management of complaints and litigations, prevention of fraud and/or illegal activities.

    Personal Data Retention

    ​Jada will retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for. Your personal data will be destroyed as soon as the purposes for which they were collected and processed cease to exist. In any case, your personal data will be removed after 12 months from the latest interaction of Jada with you. 
    Jada may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.​

    Jada has implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modifications and disclosure of personal information to our custody and control. These measures include restricted access to offices, restricting access to personal data on a ‘need to know’ basis, and the use of passwords, encryption and firewalls.
    Jada and its third-party service providers have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach we are legally required to do so.​

    ​​You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

    • Being informed of the justification of collecting the personal data
    • Having access to your personal data in a format that is clear and identical to the content of the records and free of charge
    • Requesting correction, completion or updating the personal data provided to the Company
    • Requesting destruction of the personal data available to the Company which is no longer needed. However, the Company reserves the right to keep the personal data, after the purpose of its collection has ceased to ​exist, if there is a legal justification.​​​

    ​Jada reserves the right to make any minor or major modification to the Policy from time to time without the need to provide such notice, as such modifications are effective since their publication on the Company’s website, and your continued use of the website after those modifications is an acceptance of these changes.  Check the Policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of the latest version of it.​​
