Strong team with entrepreneurial and/or angel investing experience and a demonstrable track record.
Strong, demonstrable commitment to investing in Saudi.
Clear and demonstrable value -add methodology.
Strong governance and alignment of interest.
Strong deal sourcing capabilities through relationships and networks.
Healthy pipeline of deals in Saudi.
Operational excellence, with well documented processes and procedures, code of conduct, and charters for the various committees and governance bodies.
Commitment to transparency and timely reporting.
Applicants should note that the above guidelines are indicative only and meeting the requirements outlined above does not guarantee an investment from Jada Fund of Funds.
